This summer, the early bird gets the fish at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in St. Moritz, Switzerland. On select dates through late August, the hotel is offering the Early Fish Package, which allows guests to fish for their supper with Andrea Panatti, chef de cuisine at Badrutt Palace’s Chesa Veglia. Guests will embark on their fishing trip with Panatti at 6 a.m. for a six-hour excursion that includes insider fishing tips and an “angler’s packed lunch.” Later, Panatti will prepare a surprise dish with whatever was caught that day.
